Callout Tool creates/edits a Callout Object.

Different shapes of Callout can be selected from toolbar. Little yellow diamond-shaped dot at the tip of Callout can be dragged around. Hold Ctrl key and drag the Callout around to reposition the text-containing shape while preserving the position of the tip.
